The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in a fast‑food environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to oversee 4–20 staff. The position is full-time with flexibility to cover early mornings and late shifts.

Formación

• Experience in a QSR operations environment.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills, especially verbal.
• Ability to manage all levels of employees.
• Computer knowledge is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all tasks and responsibilities of a Sandwich Artist as outlined in the job description.
• Manage a team of 4 to 20, assign, oversee and evaluate work; may conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate and supervise staff to maintain cleanliness as per the Operations Manual.
• Maintain professional appearance and presentation; participate in training.
• Coach newer staff using the Sandwich Artist Training book.
• Handle paperwork duties as assigned.
• Assist in planning events and marketing activities.
• Open and close store to a high standard.
• Receive and handle store deliveries.
• Maintain professional conduct when addressing complaints.
• Log food orders in the POS system; conduct weekly inventory.
