Responsibilities

• Recruitment, induction and training of employees to Subway brand standards; lead by example.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Check deliveries, match orders and handle daily banking.
• Prepare stock and sales paperwork; process employee pay and timesheets.
• Manage cash balances and minimise wastage.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Subway and council guidelines.
• Perform inventory management and weekly stock takes and reporting.
• Analyse sales and inventory reports to improve the business.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Implement in-store marketing materials and campaigns.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to prevent injury.
• Provide a safe work environment for employees and customers.
• Promote and encourage high level of customer service among staff.
• Handle unresolved and/or escalated customer complaints.
• Deliver high standard of service for products, sales, inquiries and catering.
