Responsibilities

• Lead shifts when managers aren’t there and support management when they are.
• Deliver inspiring shift briefs to motivate the team.
• Support the restaurant’s targets attainment.
• Keep tight controls on cash, stock and consumables.
• Model excellent guest service from greeting to resolving complaints.
• Keep the restaurant and kitchen clean at all times.
• Create efficient shift plans that meet shift needs.
• Bridge Front of House and Back of House for quality food delivered at pace.
• Be a brand advocate and support launches and promotions.
• Get involved on shifts wherever you are needed.
• Support community involvement proactively.
