Job summary

Popeyes UK&I in Glasgow is seeking passionate Shift Supervisors to run shifts, coach the team, and deliver great guest experience in a fast-paced, fresh-food environment.

You will lead pre-shift briefings, maintain high standards (food safety/HACCP), support management, and develop future leaders while enjoying flexible schedules, free meals on shift, and a strong development pathway to AGM and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment (QSR or fast casual dining preferable).
• Lead-from-the-front mindset — you’re hands-on and support your team at all times.
• Passion for people — you know great results come from great teams.
• Confidence in managing standards, compliance, and food safety.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Ability to stay calm, organised, and focused in a busy environment.
• A hunger to grow and develop — this is your pathway into management.
