Responsibilities

• Run your shift and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ food quality, speed, and guest experience.
• Support the management team in hitting performance goals.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and keep the team aligned and energized.
• Be a role model, maintain high standards, and lead from the front.
• Create a fun, inclusive environment for team and guests.
• Coach, train, and develop your team to build future leaders.
• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and company standards.
• Take ownership of shift performance – labour, flow, and service.
