Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Provide feedback to the GM on team member performance.
• Assist the GM with hiring and labour management.
• Support training and development of Team Members.
• Manage cash handling and security procedures.
