Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to meet Taco Bell standards and guest expectations.
• Oversee Team Members' tasks and ensure neat appearance.
• Manage cash, inventory, and labour in line with policies.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and on-time order accuracy.
• Provide feedback to GM on team performance and training needs.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new Team Members.
