Job summary

Caffe8 Nero is hiring Shift Leaders to oversee store shifts, lead team members and ensure outstanding service in a busy café environment.

You will be involved in training, implementing standards, and delivering the brand experience across every customer interaction. If you bring energy and a can-do attitude, this role offers growth and generous staff perks.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor or Team Leader preferred.
• Need a positive attitude and high energy for customer-facing role.

• Are charge of the shift, leading their team by example.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!
  From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence!

To become a Shift Leader, ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader – but if you haven’t got that don’t worry, we’d still love to hear from you.

The starter rate for Shift Leaders in this location is £12.76 per hour, increasing to £12.91 with service.
