About the role

As a Shift Leader, you will collaborate with the Branch Leadership Team and colleagues to support the Area Manager in ensuring that your branch is compliant with health, safety, and legal standards, while maximizing efficiency, availability, and delivering excellent customer service.

This fast-paced, challenging role offers exposure to our vibrant customer base and the opportunity to influence service quality directly.

You will be responsible for

Managing the opening, closing, and overall operational functions of the branch, making decisions prioritizing health and safety, and stepping in for the Area Manager when needed.

Supporting a culture of health, safety, and legal compliance; keeping colleagues informed of relevant updates.

Ensuring the environment is clean, tidy, and safe for staff and customers.

Adhering to company policies, procedures, and mandatory training requirements.

Leading by example, embodying the Code of Business Conduct and Win Together Behaviours.
