About the role
As a Shift Leader, you will collaborate with the Branch Leadership Team and colleagues to support the Area Manager, ensuring the branch is Health, Safe, and Legal at all times, while maximizing efficiency and service quality.

You will be responsible for
- Managing the opening, closing, and overall operations of the branch, making decisions prioritizing health and safety, and stepping in for the Area Manager when needed.

- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and mandatory training.

You will need
- Excellent communication skills and experience supervising or managing a team.
- A proven track record of coaching, motivating, and holding team members accountable for delivering excellent service.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Practical experience in retail or wholesale trade.
