Job summary

Tesco PLC is hiring a Shift Lead to join our stores in the United Kingdom. You will lead the team to deliver a great customer experience, work across store areas, and act as the go-to person for daily operations.

You will build inclusive relationships and confidently lead in the manager’s absence. The role rewards flexible, proactive leaders with a focus on excellent service, continuous improvement, and a commitment to our customers, communities, and planet.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.
