Job summary

Tesco PLC is hiring a Store Shift Lead to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences across the store. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, support colleagues, and ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Experience

• Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment. Â

• A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
