Job summary

Greggs plc is looking for a Shift Manager to lead a busy store in the UK, ensuring top customer service. You’ll help run the shop when the Manager isn’t present, guiding and motivating the team through each shift to deliver great results.

Responsibilities include inspiring the team, serving customers in a fast and friendly manner, preparing products, keeping displays well stocked, and maintaining a clean, presentable shop. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a customer-focused environment.
• Reliable and capable of stepping in for the Manager on shift.
• Proven ability to motivate staff and deliver great service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers quickly and politely.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and oven management.
• Keep displays stocked with a wide range of items for customers.
