Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Lisburn is seeking a Shift Lead to own the fill operation and ensure the salesfloor is ready to trade. You will coordinate resources to Serve, Sell and Fill, and act as floor lead in the Colleague Manager's absence.

This frontline role requires energy and initiative, with a focus on customer service, safety and presentation. You will manage opening/closing tasks, be a key holder, and support nearby stores when needed. Applicants must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation and ensure a salesfloor ready to trade.
• Coordinate resources to Serve, Sell and Fill.
• Act as floor lead in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
• Allocate staff to deliver quick payment experiences and timely tasks.
• Ensure daily operational processes are performed on schedule.
• Coordinate the team to maintain a clean, safe and well-presented store.
• Role model excellent customer service and M&S behaviours.
• Support nearby stores if required and be a key holder for openings/closing.
