Job summary

Tesco UK is looking for a Store Shift Lead to coordinate daily store operations and lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service. Availability windows guide scheduling, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and hourly pay starting at £15.59, rising to £16.86 in M25 locations.

You’ll work across store areas, guide colleagues, and act as the go-to person for day-to-day queries, ensuring an inclusive, high-performing environment while supporting our customers and communities.
