Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation, coordinating resources to Serve, Sell and Fill.
• Coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity ahead of store opening.
• Allocate resources to deliver a quick payment experience.
• Ensure daily operational processes are implemented efficiently across the area of the store.
• Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, safe and well-presented store.
• Role model great customer service and the M&S behaviours across the store.
• Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations of colleagues to help deliver high performance.
• Support nearby stores if operationally required.
• Responsible for being a key holder and answering call outs as required.
• Responsible for tasks related to opening and closing the building, including receipt of vehicles, temperature controls, logging operational issues with Helpdesks, cash handling and TSL compliance in peripheral hours.
