Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a frontline leader to head the fill operation, ensuring a sales floor ready to trade and coordinating resources to Serve, Sell and Fill. You will lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager and coach colleagues on standard operating procedures to drive productivity ahead of store opening.

You will allocate resources to deliver a quick payment experience, ensure daily processes run smoothly, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation, ensuring the sales floor is ready to trade and coordinating resources to Serve, Sell and Fill.
• Coordinate resources to deliver daily operational tasks during fill periods and when the Colleague Manager is absent.
• Coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity ahead of store opening.
• Allocate resources to deliver a quick payment experience for customers.
• Ensure all daily processes are implemented efficiently across the area at the correct times.
• Coordinate the team to maintain a clean, safe and well-presented store.
