Job summary

Mller UK & Ireland's Droitwich Dairy is seeking a Shift Lead for the Process Department. The role is permanent, full-time with a 4 on 4 off pattern (days & nights 07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00).

You will lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, driving safety, quality and continuous improvement on the shop floor. You will manage performance, attendance and employee relations, implement development plans, and champion Operational Excellence using PDCA and waste reduction to deliver cost

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in Food Manufacturing/FMCG/Production.
• Strong people management and coaching capabilities.
• Experience managing performance, development and employee relations matters.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ability to engage, motivate and develop teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience of continuous improvement tools and methodologies would be advantageous.

Join Our Team at Mller Droitwich We're looking for a Shift Lead to join our Process Department at our flagship Droitwich Dairy. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, coach and develop a high-performing Processteam, driving operational excellence whilst ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, service and cost performance. As a key leader within the operation, you'll play a pivotal role in developing your team, enhancing performance, and delivering continuous improvement initiatives that support our business objectives. This role would suit an experienced people leader from a Food Manufacturing, FMCG orManufacturing environment who is passionate about developing others and creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing
