Job summary

B&Q Aberdeen is looking for a Shift Lead for a part-time or job-share role (30 hours per week) on a permanent contract. The position is a keyholder role with shifts from 5am to 9pm, helping to create a welcoming and safe store environment.

You will oversee the shift, deploy colleagues to meet customer demand, be the first point of contact for customers and staff, and ensure store safety at all times.
