Job summary

B&Q Bishop Auckland is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations, ensuring a safe, high‑quality customer and colleague experience. You’ll manage shift coverage, act as first point of contact, and keep operations running smoothly.

This permanent role is offered as full-time, part-time, or job share (36.75 hours/week) with a salary of £27,709.50 per annum, plus pension and 6.6 weeks holiday. You’ll be a keyholder, with early starts and late finishes to support the store’s goals.
