B&Q Elgin is looking for a Shift Lead to join our team on a permanent part-time basis (30 hours per week). The role involves early to late shifts (6am–10pm) and leadership to ensure a safe, friendly shopping environment where colleagues deliver excellent customer service.

You will oversee daily operations, deploy staff, be the first contact for customers, and uphold safety standards. The package includes £22,620 per year, pension, and 6.6 weeks holiday.
