B&Q is hiring a Shift Lead in Belfast for a permanent full-time, part-time, or job-share arrangement. The role supports a 6.6 weeks holiday and a pension, with shifts from 6am to 10pm. You will oversee the shift, deploy colleagues, and ensure a safe, welcoming store environment for customers and teammates.

You’ll be the first point of contact, drive smooth operations, and maintain high standards of safety and service. This is a leadership role with autonomy and pace.
