Job summary

B&Q plc is looking for a Shift Lead to oversee a store shift from 5am to 9pm daily, ensuring a safe shopping and working environment for customers and colleagues. You will be the heartbeat of the store, guiding operations and delivering great service throughout your shift.

You’ll deploy colleagues effectively, act as the first point of contact, and uphold safety standards while promoting a positive, energetic team culture that helps customers feel confident when shopping and interacting with

Job description

This is a keyholder position, with shifts ranging from an earliest start time of 5am to a latest finish time of 9pm Every day, we give our millions of customers the ideas, advice, tools and confidence they need to create a home they'll love. You're the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily.
