Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor at Winchester Services, M3, Shroner Wood, Winchester SO21 1PP. You will be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts, delivering exceptional service and maintaining safety standards while representing the brand.

The role offers a £30,000 annual salary for a 40-hour week, with development opportunities, pension and enhanced benefits, plus a generous annual bonus and staff discounts across partnered brands.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams within retail, hospitality, catering or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and comfort in decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring smooth operations during busy trading periods.
• Create a positive, high-energy culture where colleagues feel valued, supported, and empowered.
• Maintain outstanding food safety, health and safety, and compliance standards at all times.
• Monitor performance through key metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a role model for Costa's values, service standards, and ways of working.
• Support the Store Manager and help run the unit effectively.
