Job summary

Volantes Technical Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to support the Shift Supervisor and Chief Engineer in ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and optimal maintenance performance.

The successful LAE will provide engineering guidance, participate in base maintenance checks, and help develop the team while adhering to SHE standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safety, Quality & Regulatory Compliance.
• Promote a Just Culture regarding safety and incident reporting.
• Maintain aircraft and equipment under supervision.
• Certify all B2 maintenance activities.
• Support aircraft away from base as needed.
• Manage ground movements of assigned aircraft.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance documentation.
• Develop team and assist Shift Supervisor.
• Prioritise tasks and scheduling.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
