Job summary

Nando's Chickenland Limited in Liverpool (Edge Lane) is seeking a Shift Lead to help run busy shifts and lead the team. This full-time role places you at the heart of the operation, guiding service standards and ensuring guests have a positive PERi-PERi experience.

You will support shift planning, motivate teammates, and uphold Nando's values while delivering fast, friendly service. The position offers growth opportunities into management and a supportive, team-oriented environment.
