Job summary

B&Q Limited is hiring a Shift Lead at our Great Western Road store in Glasgow. This full-time, permanent role guides daily operations from early morning to evening, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.

The Shift Lead will oversee staffing, deploy teams to maximise customer service, and act as the first point of contact. A dedicated, energetic leader who values safety and teamwork will thrive here.

Shift Lead

Full Time - 36.75 Hours per week over 5 shifts

Shift Pattern: Monday - Sunday, 5am - 10pm

Permanent Contract

£27,709.50 per annum + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

This is a keyholder position, with shifts ranging from an earliest start time of 5am to a latest finish time of 10pm

What's the job?

Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You’re the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily. It’s B&Q’s ambition to make every customer count, so you’ll strive to ensure B&Q is a place colleagues love to work, and customers love to shop. In this role you will:
