Job summary

B&Q Limited in Thetford is seeking a part-time Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and lead a team across shifts.

This role involves early starts and late finishes (6am–9pm), being the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, and driving the 'make every customer count' ethos with a hands-on approach.

This is a keyholder position, with shifts ranging from an earliest start time of 6am to a latest finish time of 9pm

What's the job?

Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You’re the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily. It’s B&Q’s ambition to make every customer count, so you’ll strive to ensure B&Q is a place colleagues love to work, and customers love to shop. In this role you will:
