Encirc Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to join Elton Glass, driving a Fix 4 Life culture and leading a shift in our 24/7 glass production site.

You will coach the engineering team, manage resource allocation, and ensure safe, efficient operation. The role requires hands-on leadership, a mechanical/electrical bias, and CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Time served mechanical technician with manufacturing engineering exp.
• Mechanical/electrical trade bias – 70/30 desirable
• Level 3 ONC/City & Guilds qualification
• Experience in industrial environments
• Strong leadership, planning and coordination skills
• Ability to coach and mentor team members
• PRISMA CMMS experience
• MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Welding/fabrication skills (Mig, Tig & arc) desirable

Responsibilities

• Drive a 'Fix 4 Life' culture to maximise plant uptime.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team and coordinate resources.
• Partner with supervisor to allocate engineering tasks and plan maintenance.

# Vacancies Maintenance Team Leader## Job Introduction**Maintenance Team Leader | Permanent | £50,000 - £53,000 | Elton**We’re looking for a **Maintenance Team Leader**to join our Elton Glass team and play a key role in keeping our plant safe, reliable and running at its best.**What you'll be doing**You’ll be right at the heart of our engineering operation, reporting to the General Maintenance Supervisor, the Mechanical Chargehand is the key link between the craft and management functions. Responsible for driving a 'Fix 4 Life' culture and increasing plant equipment uptime, whilst also ensuring focus and engineering resource is effectively assigned to maintain efficiency of the sites 24/7 glass production.
