Job summary

Imperial London Hotels is seeking a skilled Shift Engineer / Property Maintenance professional to join our Bloomsbury team. You will oversee daily maintenance tasks, ensuring guest bedrooms are well-maintained and presented immaculately, while upholding safety standards and guest experience.

As part of a dedicated property maintenance team of ten engineers, you will contribute to our growth plans and heritage, with training opportunities and staff benefits.

Qualifications

2 years experience in Property Maintenance or similar role.
A relevant trade qualification or training.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Proactive approach to maintaining high standards of safety and functionality.
Team player who thrives in a busy environment.
Experience with maintenance management systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance tasks and upkeep of guest bedrooms to immaculate standard.
Assist in maintaining hotel facilities to ensure safety and high guest satisfaction.
