This full-time role covers reactive and planned maintenance, works with other departments, supports audits, and helps maintain stock levels and meter readings. Ideal candidates bring plumbing, electrical and decorating skills, a customer-focused approach,

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, electrical work and decorating.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulation.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
• Professional, customer-focused with ability to work in a team or on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and engineering tasks across the hotel.
• Handle reactive and planned preventative maintenance.
• Assist with property audits and benchmarking data.
• Monitor stock levels and meters, coordinating with the maintenance manager.
