Encirc Ltd. is seeking a Shift Engineer for the Elton site on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will maintain fault finding, condition monitoring and continuous improvement of all plant and equipment in the filling hall, ensuring minimal downtime.

The role requires an HNC in Engineering and experience with S7/Siemens PLCs, with ability to work under pressure and unsociable hours when required. 4 on 4 off days/nights shift pattern applies.

Qualifications

• HNC in Engineering required.
• Background in fault finding, planned & reactive maintenance essential.
• Good knowledge of PLCs (S7/Siemens) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fault finding, condition monitoring and continuous improvement of all plant and equipment in the filling hall.
• Respond quickly to production line issues and support urgent repairs as needed.
