Job summary

Equans is recruiting a Shift Electrical Craftsperson for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham. This full-time, permanent role follows a 2-on/2-off shift pattern (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am) with a 39.375-hour week and a shift allowance.

You will maintain NHS services, support stakeholders and manage works via CAFM and KPI-driven processes, ensuring compliance and reliable site performance.

Qualifications

  • Electrical installation qualifications required as listed.
  • UK DBS check may be required for the role.
  • Valid driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain services for NHS clients and support estates management.
  • Use CAFM systems and digital tools for site performance and scheduling.
  • Manage AP/CP appointments and assist with contract requirements.
