Job summary

You will lead audits, manage NCRs, and embed a practical, sustainable safety culture that supports manufacturing excellence.

This hands-on role requires strong ISO 9001 knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to influence change across operations.

Qualifications

• Proven SHEQ or safety leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and auditing processes.
• Experience leading corrective action programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence change across functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Quality Management System.
• Lead internal audits and support external audits.
• Manage customer complaints and CAPA actions.
• Drive continual improvement and waste reduction.
• Ensure legal compliance and best practice standards.
• Promote safety culture and environmental performance.
• Lead risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Support 5S and operational excellence.
