Adecco is recruiting for a skilled SHEQ Manager to join a growing manufacturing business in Mid Kent. You will oversee Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental systems, spending time on the shop floor with production teams to drive improvements and embed a positive safety culture.

The role requires experience in SHEQ, quality or compliance, with strong auditing, knowledge of UK legislation, and a hands-on approach. Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in SHEQ/Quality/HSE management
• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience
• Strong auditing and QMS knowledge
• Knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop Quality Management System
• Lead internal and external audits
• Investigate non-conformances and corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement across the business
• Ensure health & safety compliance and risk assessments
• Conduct site inspections and audits
• Investigate accidents and incidents
• Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives
• Work with operations to improve performance and standards
• Promote accountability, quality and safety culture
