Morgan Ryder is recruiting a hands-on QHSE Manager for an advanced manufacturing setting in Nuneaton. You will own the QHSE systems, drive improvements and align with AS9100, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements across fabrication, inspection and assembly teams.

You will lead audits, investigate non-conformances and embed practical safety and environmental controls. A NEBOSH qualification and lead-auditor certificates are highly valued.

Qualificações

• Proven QHSE/Quality management experience in regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
• Experience leading audits and CAPA, NCR.
• Knowledge of AQAP, NADCAP, First Article Inspection would be advantageous.
• NEBOSH General Certificate desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Quality management: Own and improve QMS per AS9100/ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Audits and compliance: Lead internal, certification and supplier audits.
• Problem-solving: Manage non-conformances, CAPA, 8D and root-cause actions.
• Environmental: Maintain ISO 14001 EMS and reporting.
• Health & safety: Lead risk assessments, COSHH, investigations.
• Aerospace: Support AQAP, First Article Inspection requirements.
• Continuous improvement: Strengthen shop-floor controls and risk management.
• Management reporting: Monitor QHSE metrics and reviews.
