Job summary

Enva is seeking a detail-oriented SHEQ Assistant to support the SHEQ Manager with administration, compliance documentation and safety metrics in a warehouse/processing site in Toomebridge.

You will coordinate training, assist in audits, and manage records while staying compliant with safety standards. This development role suits someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to health and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support role or a fast-moving environment where attention to detail was essential.
• Education: 5 GCSEs (A-C) including English and Maths.
• Technical: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Document Management: Maintain, update, and organise safety manuals, risk assessments and environmental records.
• Data Tracking & Reporting: Log incidents, near-misses, and assist in compiling HSE metrics.
• Training Coordination: Schedule inductions, arrange external training and track certifications.
• Audit & Inspection Support: Prepare files for internal and external safety audits.
• Meeting & Event Logistics: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes.
• Inventory Control: Monitor PPE and safety signage and coordinate replenishment orders.
