BDS Recruitment is recruiting for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in Enfield. This part‑time role is 20 hours per week, to be delivered Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with an ASAP start.

You will communicate with residents, assess daily needs, and perform welfare and safety checks within the scheme. The ideal candidate has experience in sheltered or supported housing and holds an enhanced DBS check (last 12 months or on the update service).

• Experience with sheltered or supported housing is ideal.
• Based in Enfield, working with older adults (55+).

Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager

Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in the Enfield area.

This role is 20 hours per week.

This will be delivered Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

This is a potential temp ongoing role to start ASAP

Pay rate- £15.95ph PAYE- £20.29ph UMB

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, and you will be responsible for assessing resident s daily needs, and signposting information. There will also be regular welfare checks, health and safety checks on the building and reporting and repairs.

You must hold an Enhanced DBS check dated in the last 12 months or on the update service.

Role Summary:

• Previous Sheltered or supported Housing Experience is ideal.
