Job summary

BDS Recruitment is seeking a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in the Croxley Green area of Rickmansworth. The role is 25 hours per week, either over 4 or 5 days, on an ongoing temporary basis with a view to permanence.

You will manage daily resident communications, assess daily needs, provide signposting information, and perform welfare and health and safety checks. You will also coordinate repairs reporting and arrange activities.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check dated in the last 12 months or on the update service.
• Experience in sheltered or supported housing is ideal.

Job description

Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in the Croxley Green area of Rickmansworth.

This role is 25 hours per week which can be worked over 4 or 5 days.

This is a temporary ongoing role to start ASAP with the possibility of going permanent in the future.

Pay rate- £15.95ph PAYE- £20.43ph Umbrella

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the scheme, and you will be responsible for assessing resident s daily needs, and signposting information. There will also be regular welfare checks, health and safety checks on the building and reporting and repairs.

You must hold an Enhanced DBS check dated in the last 12 months or on the update service.

Role Summary:

• Working with older adults (Aged 55 +)
• Based in Croxley Green area of Rickmansworth.
• Previous Sheltered or supported Housing Experience is ideal.
