BDS Recruitment is seeking an ongoing Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager in the Hereford area. This 25-hour-a-week role runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with potential to go permanent for the right person.

You will communicate daily with residents aged 55 and over, assess daily needs, complete support plans, signpost information, and liaise with in-house support workers to ensure a smooth service. Welfare and health & safety checks, plus maintenance reporting, are part of the duties.

Job description

Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in the Hereford area.

This role is 25 hours per week.

This will be delivered over 4/5 days between Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am till 5pm.

This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP possibility to go perm for the right person.

Pay rate- £15.95ph PAYE- £20.43ph UMB

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, and you will be responsible for assessing resident's daily needs, completing support plans and sign posting information, whilst liaising with in-house support workers daily to ensure a continued smooth service. There will also be regular welfare checks, healthy and safety checks on the building and reporting and overseeing any maintenance required.

Role Summary:
