BDS Recruitment is seeking a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager for a position based in Romford. The role is 36 hours per week, delivered Mon, Tue and Wed, with a temp-to-perm path for the right candidate, and involves working with older adults (55+) in a sheltered housing setting.

You will perform welfare and health and safety checks, signpost residents to services, organise activities and report repairs. An Enhanced DBS check (dated within 12 months or via the update service) is required.

Qualifications

• Must have Enhanced DBS check dated within the last 12 months or on the update service.
• Experience in sheltered or supported housing is ideal.
• Role requires 36 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday.

Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager

Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in the Romford area.

This role is 36 hours per week.

This will be delivered Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

This is a potential temp ongoing role to start ASAP

Pay rate- £15.95ph PAYE- £20.61ph UMB

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, and you will be responsible for assessing resident s daily needs, and signposting information. There will also be regular welfare checks, health and safety checks on the building and reporting and repairs.

You must hold an Enhanced DBS check dated in the last 12 months or on the update service.

Role Summary:

• Previous Sheltered or supported Housing Experience is ideal.
