Job summary

BDS Recruitment in Fulham is seeking a Sheltered Housing Scheme Coordinator to support residents in sheltered accommodation. The role runs 36 hours per week and is a temporary ongoing position, working Monday to Friday.

You will deliver daily welfare checks, health and safety oversight, and coordinate required repairs to ensure a safe living environment. Applicants must have prior Sheltered Housing experience and an enhanced DBS check within the last 12 months.

Pay rate- £15.95ph PAYE £20.61ph UMBRELLA

YOU MUST HAVE ENHANCED DBS FROM THE LAST 12 MONTHS

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, Duties include wellbeing checks, health and safety, ensuring fire safety compliance, reporting repairs and ensuring safe environment for residents.

Role Summary:

36 hours per week

To provide housing management support in sheltered accommodation

Working with older adults (Aged 55 +)

Previous Sheltered Housing Experience is mandatory.
