Abbeyfield Living Society in Nottingham is seeking a Sheltered Housing Manager to lead a small team across multiple sites, ensuring safe, comfortable living for residents and a high occupancy rate. You will manage tenancy agreements, budget controls and relationships with referral partners in social care.

This role requires experience in sheltered housing and knowledge of housing legislation. The role offers a permanent contract, 35 hours per week, and a salary around £32,432.40, with benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in sheltered housing, health or social care environment.
• Understanding of Housing legislation and tenancy management would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Oversee groups of elderly residents and manage tenancy agreements to ensure a safe, positive living environment.
• Maximise occupancy and manage budgets, staff rotas and timesheets while controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Abbeyfield policies across multiple sites.
