Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking a Sheltered Scheme Manager (Temp) to oversee Independent Living schemes in and around St Albans. You will visit residents, coordinate support plans, and promote independence and wellbeing.

Working in a collaborative team, you will communicate clearly with residents and colleagues while ensuring a person-centered service. A proactive, compassionate approach and a driving licence are important for travel between schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing and supporting vulnerable tenants.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and compassionate problem-solver.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel between schemes.

Responsibilities

• Visiting residents across schemes (30-40 visits per week).
• Provide housing-related support to promote independence and wellbeing.

• Act as main contact for residents and escalate complex matters.
