Qualifications

• Experience of SHE training design, coordination and delivery within an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of SHE legislation, competence standards and industry best practice.
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems and supporting end users.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate national planning, scheduling and delivery of SHE training.
• Ensure training aligns with legal requirements, risks and business priorities.
• Maintain training records, certification and evidence of competence.
• Support Pathway LMS development, testing and data integrity.
• Manage external training providers and ongoing quality assurance.
• Produce and present KPI reports on training performance.
