Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking a proactive SHEQ Advisor to deliver Safety, Health, Environment and Quality support across England and Wales projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and the supply chain to ensure work is planned and executed in compliance with legislation, client requirements and our Integrated Management System.

The role requires regular site presence, effective risk control, incident investigation support and a strong commitment to Stop Work when

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Experience reviewing RAMS and safe systems of work.
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and CDM 2015.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent health and safety advice to project teams.
• Support implementation of Construction Phase Plan and SHEQ arrangements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and assurance activities.
• Review RAMS and challenge controls where needed.
• Promote workforce engagement and stop-work authority when required.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
