Job summary

Edwards is seeking a SHE Lead to ensure safety and environmental standards at Eastbourne Product Company. You will lead the SHE team, provide guidance to managers and staff, and maintain ISO 14001/45001 systems while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role involves line management of up to two staff, risk assessments, audits, training, and close collaboration with HR, operations and engineering. The position is on-site in Eastbourne with some UK/Europe travel.

• Lead and promote a positive Safety, Health & Environmental culture through visible leadership, engagement and coaching.
• Lead audits, inspections, incident investigations and corrective action processes, ensuring robust root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
