Job summary

GAP Hire Solutions is seeking a proactive Risk & Compliance Administrator to join the Safety, Risk & Environmental team at our Glasgow Head Office. The role focuses on administering tracker/Theft Recovery systems, incidents, insurance and safety matters in a busy operational setting.

You will contribute to risk information management and MI, requiring excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and strong IT capabilities with Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced administration experience, preferably in health & safety or compliance.
• Excellent IT skills with MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage workload and meet tight deadlines with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Administer GAP Group's tracker/Theft Recovery systems and related risk processes.
• Handle workplace incidents, insurance and safety matters efficiently.
• Produce and manage risk information and MI documentation.
• Support reporting and documentation management within the Risk & Compliance function.
