Job summary

Global Manufacturing Company in Halifax, West Yorkshire, seeks a Safety, Health and Environment Manager to shape strategy in a high-risk production setting and lead two SHE Advisors. You will be the subject matter expert on site, influencing senior leaders and driving cultural change with a people-focused approach.

Qualifications

• SHE professional from automated manufacturing background.
• NEBOSH certificate; Diploma preferred.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Proven to support and mature cultural and behavioural change.
• Lean manufacturing experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety strategy on a large complex site.
• Coach two junior SHE Advisors and develop capability.
• Engage senior leadership to drive cultural change.
• Influence across departments to improve Health, Safety and Environment.
• Provide practical advice to stakeholders on proactive SHE management.
