Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking a Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Manager to lead and manage all SHE activities at our Derby manufacturing site. You will ensure legal compliance, promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous environmental improvement across operations.

You will develop, implement and maintain SHE policies and management systems, oversee risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and KPI reporting to site leadership.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
• IOSH membership (Chartered status desirable).
• Proven SHE management experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or a similar regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.
• Experience of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support capital projects and operational changes by ensuring SHE risks are identified and controlled.
• Lead emergency preparedness and business continuity planning.
